How much is delivery?
Simple and transparent delivery cost with no hidden fees. Delivery from as low as $14.95 for premium hand delivery with tracking updates.
What time will my order be delivered?
There are different order cut-off times for different suburbs. Our drivers are on the road from 12:30pm to 5:30pm weekdays. Available delivery time slots are displayed on the cart page.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Unfortunately we can't accommodate specific delivery time requests (such as a 2pm delivery time).
How do I get same day delivery?
Simply order before the suburbs cut-off time and we'll deliver your order on the same day, unless sold out sooner. On the cart page you'll see available delivery dates when you enter the delivery post code.
Do you have order tracking?
Yes we do! Once the driver leaves our studio you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This will give you an estimated delivery time that updates throughout the day as the driver completes their deliveries.
