Wish you could chose like 1 or 3 options for the paper on the outside. Flowers for for a male friend who got cancer and would have liked to have had the option to pick a non-pink paper for the outside but other than that, amazing.

Is delivery included in the price?

The prices on our website are inclusive of a flat rate delivery fee of $15, with the exception of some of the outer suburbs that we service. Additional fees are displayed during checkout and average around $5.

What time will my order be delivered?

Our orders close at 12pm weekdays for same day delivery. Our drivers leave the studio from 12:30pm and aim to finish deliveries before 5:30pm, with many completed before this.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Unfortunately we can't accommodate specific delivery time requests. Our drivers all leave from 12:30pm and we route them in the most efficient way possible to keep our delivery fees low.

How do I get same day delivery?

Simply order before 12pm on the day and we'll deliver your order on the same day, unless sold out sooner. On the cart page you'll see available delivery dates when you enter the delivery post code.

Do you have order tracking?

Yes we do! Once the driver leaves our studio you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This will give you an estimated delivery window that updates throughout the afternoon as the driver completes their deliveries.
