What time are deliveries made?
Sunshine Coast: We deliver from 11am to 6pm weekdays and 11am to 3pm on Saturday.
North Lakes & North Brisbane: Deliveries are made between 12pm to 6pm weekdays and 11am to 3pm on Saturday.

Sometimes there are delays with deliveries that are out of our control, like severe weather and traffic. Please allow additional time during these events.

We currently include the cost of delivery in our prices, so it will show as 'free delivery'. Our delivery experience includes:

If we're unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, a redelivery fee of $14.95 may apply. This covers the cost of paying our courier for each delivery attempt.

Our studios have Saturday delivery available. Order cut-off is 11am unless sold out sooner.
For all other locations we deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays for most of our locations.

Yes, we certainly do. To allow for a smooth delivery process we ask that you provide as much detail as possible. We require the hospital name, the recipient's surname and the ward.
Please note that some specialty wards do not allow flower delivery, we recommend checking this prior to ordering.

We deliver to schools, but we can't guarantee our delivery times. We always endeavour to deliver to schools first, but as every day is different, we can't predict or guarantee your delivery.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend providing a residential address as a backup in case the delivery window doesn't align with school hours. You're also welcome to contact us before placing your order.
Please ensure the school name and any relevant details are included in the delivery address to help us identify it correctly.

Yes, we deliver to businesses. While we always aim to prioritise business deliveries, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time as each day can vary based on order volume and traffic.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend providing a residential address as a backup, just in case the delivery window doesn't align with business hours. You're also welcome to contact us before placing your order.
Please make sure to include the business name and any relevant details in the delivery address to help us identify it correctly.
Will you leave the order if no one is home?

We always try to leave your delivery somewhere safe if there is nobody home during delivery. Our couriers collect proof of delivery when the order has to be left.

We certainly do! You'll receive emails and SMS from us when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. You'll be able to see an estimated delivery window that is updated in real-time as the courier progresses with their deliveries.

While we always do our best to deliver as efficiently as possible, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times due to the nature of our delivery routes and schedules.
My order couldn't be delivered, what happens now?
My order couldn't be delivered, what happens now?
In most cases your order will be returned to us by the courier if they were unable to make delivery or safely leave your order. We are unable to redeliver the same day, but your order will be dispatched again on the next available day.
If your order can't be delivered the first time, you may also incur a delivery fee of $14.95 for us to try again. As the courier needs to be paid for each delivery, this is unavoidable in most circumstances.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to airports, including terminals, offices, or any other areas within airport grounds. We recommend providing the recipient’s residential address instead.
