Below you will find all the post codes we currently deliver to and the fees for delivery. Delivery options are displayed at checkout when you put in the shipping address details.
Order by 12pm weekdays for same-day delivery. Order by 10:30am weekdays and select AM Dispatch for an earlier delivery window of 11am to 2:30pm.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Providing your flower order meets our 12pm EST cut off time (and we have not already sold out), we will deliver your posy that day.
Our PM Dispatch has a 12pm cut-off with deliveries being made between 1pm to 6pm. Your delivery will be done during this timeframe.
Our AM Dispatch has a strict 10:30am cut-off with deliveries being made between 11am to 2:30pm. Your delivery will be done during this timeframe.
How we deliver
All our orders are sent in groups with drivers and we route each driver in the most economical manner. This means we cannot offer a smaller window for deliveries or deliver by a particular time. We can only deliver within the timeframe you select. Whilst we always endeavour to meet customer requests, the nature of our business and how we manage deliveries means we may not be able to accommodate your request.
You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 1300 789 431 before placing your order to discuss our delivery policy to avoid any disappointment on the day of your delivery.
Should you not be home or in the office, we will always leave your flower delivery in safe spot. Most of our flowers are delivered with a water or gel bag. You can also upgrade your order to a vase for an additional fee.
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, we will not be able to redeliver the same day, however we can offer to add the delivery to our next delivery run. If our driver has difficulty finding an address or accessing a property, we will attempt to contact you for assistance.
3. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You will receive a delivery confirmation email or SMS once your delivery has been completed.
We will always contact you if there is any issue delivering your order.
