Terms and conditions:
If you don't specify differently, your subscription will be sent out weekly based on the date of your first delivery. Our Seasonal Posy changes design every few days, so you'll receive the design created for that day. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate design or colour requests.
If you're heading on holidays or want to take a break, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to pause your subscription. Easy as.
Do you create bespoke arrangements?
Due to the nature of our business we are unable to cater to specific requests. We are unable to create custom or bespoke arrangements or use specific flowers or colours. You can let us know in the notes section of any allergies or issues we should be aware of and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What time is order cut off for same day delivery?
Our order cut off is 12pm weekdays and 10am on Saturday. We cannot accept any orders after this time for same day delivery.
Future date deliveries
If you're ordering for a future date, you will receive the posy created for that day. As we receive fresh stock daily, our colours and style can vary from the images shown. Flower availability can be unpredictable, wherever we need to make a substitution, we will substitute to the same or greater value.
Are your flowers delivered in water?
Yes, we deliver all our flowers with the stems in water. It's important to unwrap the flowers over a sink or similar to capture the water. This ensure your flowers will be as fresh as possible at delivery and can be left in a safe place if the recipient isn't home. We have a note on the back of the message card to let the recipient know about the water in the base of the arrangement.
