We cover from Noosa to North Brisbane. This includes the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay Regions and into North Brisbane.

$7.95 flat rate delivery fee to all suburbs we cover!

We’re happy to offer a flat rate of $7.95 delivery to all suburbs we cover. See below for post codes and delivery days.

Our order cut-off is 12pm weekdays and 10am for Saturday. We are closed public holidays.

Our studio hours are from 7am to 2:30pm weekdays and 7am to 11am on Saturday.

About Deliveries


All our orders are grouped together by suburb and routed in the most economical manner to keep our delivery costs as low as possible for you.
This means we cannot offer a smaller window for deliveries or delivery by a specific time. Whilst we always endeavour to meet customer requests, the nature of our
business and how we manage deliveries means we may not be able to accommodate your request.

You can contact us on hello@theposyco.com.au or by phone on 1300 789 431 before placing your order to discuss our delivery policy to avoid any disappointment. 

Should the recipient not be home or in the office, we will always leave your flower delivery in safe spot. All our flowers are delivered with a water bag.  

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, or if we cannot access a property due to security gates, we will not be able to redeliver the same day, however we can offer to add the delivery to our next delivery run. If our driver has difficulty finding an address or accessing a property, we will attempt to contact you for assistance. Please understand that there is only a certain amount of time a driver can wait for assistance before having to move on with other deliveries.


We always prioritise school, hospital and workplace deliveries as best we can. On the cart page, please add a note to let us know that it’s for a school, hospital or workplace and any instructions that will make delivery quicker and easier for our driver. We aim to make school and hospital deliveries before 3pm, workplaces before 5pm and residential before 6pm. We have increased our drivers on the road each day and do aim for have all our deliveries completed by 4pm each day, however this isn't always possible and the above timeframes will apply.


Once a driver has arrived to our studio to collect your order, you’ll receive an email notification to let you know. In this email will be a tracking link. This link will refresh with live updates as the driver progresses with their run. From this link, you’ll be able to see the estimated delivery window and how many deliveries there are before the driver reaches yours. Once
delivered, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been delivered. If we are unsuccessful in delivery, you'll receive an email from us to let you know with a follow-up to confirm redelivery options.
